职位描述
1.In charge of social platforms and social content, covering Wechat, Weibo, Zhihu, Linkedin and
other social platforms. The role needs to strategize and educate across the
company on how to incorporate relevant social platform techniques;
2.serve as the subject matter expert for social media; establish benchmarks and measurement of
our social media presence; test new ways to leverage the reach of social media;and stay a breast of industry trends, platforms and best practices.
3. Good at social content writing and social content deployment or execution with agency. Integrating social
content into business priority and marcom activities.
4.To keep the social presents in the market, the role needs to develop creative social media marketing campaigns to maintain Schneider-Electric brand awareness and share of earned media KPI as well.
5.Build relationship with industry social KOLs, drive KOL advocacy content development, and establish KOL pool for social activation usage.
6.Work with global social media team to ensure global consistency in Schneider Electric’s social media strategy,presence, usage and tools; share best local practices with global team.
Qualifications
1.Minimum 6 - 8 years marketing experience with
a minimum of 3 years in running social media, PR or digital marketing role.
2.Solid knowledge in social / PR / media and digital
marketing.
3.Creative, out of the box thinker who is
always willing to challenge the status quo and ask hard questions.
4.Preferred working experience in B2B, especially in Electrical Distribution
or Automation industry. Social CRM experience is an advantage.
5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
