Staffing
Proactively participate in key account headcount planning, support leaders with headcount deployment
Oversee the central staffing team to ensure that recruitment requirements are filled timely. Key vacancies recruitment.
Work with line manager to define JD, facilitate hiring approval process, participate in interview process as required, coordinate central staffing team with salary proposal and offer.
Manage effective volume recruitment for East China region working closely with operations staff at site level
Develop effective sourcing channels for East China region to support ongoing and changing business needs
Recruitment
Define and implement recruitment programs to meet requirements.
Explore & maintain multiple and suitable channels for talent searching
Together with Line Managers, Identify and Attract the most suitable candidates for the business.
Organization and Development
Provide consultation to key account leader on people and organization development
Assist key account leaders on organization structure adjustment, people promotion/ transfer, salary adjustment, etc.
Provide consultation and assistance to ER for people issues, such as coaching in leadership, facilitate in Personal improvement plan, etc.
Performance Management
leading the process implementation of performance review in key account teams, provide necessary training or consultation when necessary, audit the quality and give feedback to management team
assist the key account leaders to fulfil the talent review
C&B
Liaise with C&B and project team to ensure the attendance record collected timely and accurately.
Support key account leader and managers to make increase decisions. Ensure that all salary recommendation is within guideline
Learning and Development
Training needs analysis and solutions, execution for BU/field
Deliver and follow-up talent development related requirements, data collection
Collaborate with Center of Excellence to support training requirements for business in East China.
Employee Relation
Connect with employees and business managers closely and understand their needs and concerns. Address their needs in division/function management meeting and give feedback to central HR teams
Take responsibilities with central HR team for employee relationship relevant issues, incl. labor law consultation, drive service culture, working in the ISS way and employee communication related activities
Others
Business contract quotation supporting
HR policy & procedure guidance
Responsible for contract audit HR part
New site opening
HR related applications
Other tasks assigned, like auditing coordination within the project
Reporting on key HR metrics with a strong focus on recruitment applicant tracking system and key indicators
PERSON SPECIFICATION – Competencies Required for the Position
Strong process driven approach and ideally managed a Shared Service Centre Function previously
Bachelor or above degree, at least 8 years working experience in multi-national companies as HR, 5 years above experience as an HRBP or similar role
Business acumen, great partnering and communicating skills
Strong knowledge and experience in HR tools, processes and systems
Good capability of English skills and computer skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Related Retail/Service/Internet industry working experience will be a plus
HR business partner experience supporting plant, commercial team, operation team
