职位描述
Responsibility
Cascade Global talent programs and processes according to Greater China business needs. This includes:
- Perform needs analysis: understand the Greater China growing skills and competencies required to meet the organization’s desired state
- Execute plan for Greater China on Global Talent Management agenda: develop strong talent managers, career development, talent review and etc.
- Inventory and integrate existing talent management process for Greater China and align the cadence with business on key talent initiatives
- Manage talent metrics: analyze and report effectiveness of key talent management agenda, framework and process: talent heat map, retention, engagement, quality of performance objective, etc.
- Apply company standards to administer, maintain, and audit training records and reports
- Be a partner to the China business groups on the talent development and leadership interventions per local business needs, providing end to end solution from design, deliver to monitor the success of interventions
Have a strong focus in leadership facilitation for both Greater China and Asia Pacific. This includes:
- Advocate for learning and development amongst stakeholders
- Consulting on current and future leadership development needs, identifying relevant learning solutions and localization of learning content and programs.
- Be a main facilitator in diverse programs in both region on professional and leadership topics
Requirement
- 10+ years human resource experience in leadership development, learning and organizational development, talent management or senior HR Business Partner roles
- Strong data analytic skills and experienced in measuring and reporting on business impact of talent initiatives
- Strong consulting and coaching skills, with ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment
- Solid experience in facilitating leadership development class and architecting end-to-end leadership and talent initiatives
