Job Responsibility:

- Take charge of L’Oréal Paris skincare product development, ensure the quality of the formula and respect the delivery date

- Take charge of “strong”- “sustainability” reformulation work for OAP/MEX, makes sure the reworked formula keep the same/very close sensory/performance vs old one; ensure the quality of the formula and respect delivery timing.

- Align with manager for the product performance valorization, support the sample preparation, request, etc. in time.

- Support scale up of production and finish good quality support

- Contribute to daily laboratory life, respect EHS

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree with 5 years working experience

- Master degree with 3 years working experience

- Major in Chemistry related

- Better to have the experience in formula development

- Good communication skill

- Be careful, stable and diligent

- Interprets results in the most relevant way and communicates them with integrity

- Develops knowledge of consumers in all their diversity.

- Translates consumer/market insights into outstanding product performance goals.
