1. Be responsible for E-Commerce channel NNS; offtake as well as P&L.

2. Creating, maintaining & delivering various dashboards / reports for key stakeholders

3. Conducting ad hoc analysis for internal team members as requested and in depth funnel and conversion analysis

4. Leveraging insights to make e-commerce and website improvement recommendations

5.  Incorporating industry web analytics best practices and methodologies (e.g., testing and behavioral targeting) 

6. Teaching & coaching via interactions, the use of various web analytic tools 

任职要求：

1.Minimum Bachelor degree holder, preferably in marketing, communication or related majors 

2.At least 5 years solid digital marketing or e-commerce sales working experience

3.At least 3 years professional experience in digital analytics is required.

4.Analytics tool expert

5.Open, creative and positive mindset, always looking for ways of doing things better with the given budget

6.Previous proven track record of brand awareness & image elevation coming from the media side
