The role of the division financial analyist is to manage the controlling of the R&D of Shanghai, support division controller for budget, PMT and management analysis, in order to guarantee and optimise the financial performance and competitiveness. The main missions of the role are to:



? Ensure all financial related procedures compliance

Execute and control internal finance procedures including spending authorization in accordance with Group procedures and policies Ensure site activities are compliant with Faurecia finance related procedures, and 9 internal control basics



?Provide reliable financial/controlling information towards the management

Lead all forecasting processes (budget, periodic forecast, ...)

Manage reporting process ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency and delay compliance

Ensure reliability of hourly rates

Provide all necessary controlling analysis including variance analysis, R&D Site budgetary control, projects and programs monitoring

Collaborate with Program Controlling teams, obtaining / providing / validating proper information

Control and manage the site's operating cash flow (capex, working capital)

?Support management team for financial reporting, analysis and costing

Propose relevant analysis in order to achieve the operationnal targets

Follow finance impact of action plans

Share with program controller for different subjects (RFQA, IBP, Monthly Result)Support management analysis for special case



Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have/be:

? Finance background with a BS degree in Finance

? 3 to 5 years of professional experience, according to the size and complexity of the site

? Good accounting knowledge (GL preferred) and analytical mind

? Fast learner, strong ability to work overtime within strict deadlines

? Focus on details, have high sense of responsibility
