Responsibility:

• Assist regional marketing team in organizing, implementing and supporting regional events of both external and internal.
• Manage Congress/APAC Activities HCC process in terms of documentation and payments
• Assist regional marketing team to drive NPI, assigned product’ market share, and strengthen and optimize brand equity.
• Development of high-quality PowerPoint presentations, newsletters and documents as required
• Communicating with leaders from across the business, following up on information requests and collating information as required
• Responsible for administrative tasks such as compliance paperwork, customer travel, raising purchase orders, administrative tasks as required by members of the marketing team
• sales data tracking and basic analysis.
• Develop Product materials and gimmicks
• Other tasks as requested from the marketing team

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Minimal 2 years relevant working experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Related experience for cross-functional coordination, marketing supporting is preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills, especial for Excel and PPT.
• Good command of English in both oral and written
