Job Description

Reporting to Assistant Merchandising
Manager, this Merchandiser role mainly supports Ready-To-Wear and Shoe’s
category, as well as China Outlet Stores and special products categories.

Responsibilities:

Take key role in Normal Retail stock distribution & regrouping,
achieving targeted sell-through rates

·
Take ownership of Outlet stock replenishment & to contribute
on Outlet discount & family sales strategy

·
Assist in all aspects of preparation / delivery of product
training to Retail & other departments

·
Work closely with Visual Merchandising team to ensure visibility
of key products while maintaining brand aesthetic

·
Develop ad-hoc reporting (customer analysis, competition analysis,
market visits, product needs, etc.)

·
Coordinate with Retail / Marketing team on store openings, events,
celebrity seeding, etc.

·
Stay in close communication with stores, with regular market
visits and store attachments

Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years of
Merchandising experience in RTW category

- Demonstrates a deep passion for
fashion/luxury & knowledge of the markets

- Solid Excel skills and
demonstrate analytical capability

- Must be a committed team player
with good communication skills

- Fluency in English

- Retail experience will be a plus
