Primary Purpose
Supporting new store opening and store systems in the day to day operation in store corresponding to the business growth in China,Japan and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
? Supporting new store opening project for Coach China, Japan and other countries in Asia, need to manage the different parties involved in the new store project to ensure the quality is met. This involves doing regular follow-up with the parties and manage all new store project necessary field (account /layout/opening schedule/status report)
? Providing systems support to the retail applications. It will be required to understand both the business and technical needs of the application users.
? Supporting store growth initiatives(Distribution, re-open, closure, Pop-up and Off Store event etc)
? Closely working with project team(internal and external) to consolidate necessary documents.
? Partner with project team and deploying new system to retail store.
? Contributing and working closely with Store Support team for future improvements and/or systems enhancement
? Analysis of issues encountered and summarize solution to improve team problem solving skills and efficiency

Education, Experience, and Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree and a minimum 2 years of experience of system support for store users
? In-depth knowledge of Retail Business
? Strong communication skills both in Chinese, Japanese and English. Experience in partnering with business users and other IS team members to design and implement system & process
? Adaptable and flexible person
? Person who has a strong sense of responsibilities and ownership
? Rich experience in vendor management and service delivery management
? Documentation skills
Other Characteristics/Competencies
? Minimum of 2 years Store System experience including testing
? Knowledge of Retail Applications
? Project managements skill
? Quality Assurance skill
? Korean speak (Nice to have)
