工作职责:

- Own and manage ISS Commercial governance process end to end；

- Manage the functions of supporting roles in the Commercial Team to maximize productivity ；

- Define and implement a channel strategy, including digital communication, to strengthen ISS position in country towards prioritized markets (with Marketing Manager role)

- Own, manage and maintain the CRM system, including training in efficient use, updates and delivery of relevant analytics to support commercial decisions

- Define and deliver sales reporting, pipeline reporting and sales forecasts to management

- Manage the country Content Library and bid writing resources to deliver compelling proposals / RFP’s

- Construct, allocate and manage support resource for each bid opportunity

- Monitor key contracts (end-date, risk rating) and assess customer relationships to support retention

任职资格:

Strong ability to keep track of multiple targets and processes

Comfortable with constant contact with relevant collaborators to ensure high quality processes

- Ability to work across the country/regional organisation establishing relations with stakeholders at all levels

- Strong leadership and project management skills

- Strong CRM and channel strategy experience from B2B business

- 5+ years of commercial excellence experience

- Dominant traits include structure, persistency and goal-orientation

- Common commercial traits include high work capacity contact/communication skills and empathy
