Electronic Design and Manufacturing Product
Manager:

Discover the opportunity to join an international, dynamic and
responsible transversal team in charge of delivering processes, methods and
tools to all internal Schneider worldwide R&D center with strong emphasis
on Business value delivery.

Schneider Digital/ Digital Engineering team is looking for an
Electronic and Manufacturing Product Manager.

The primary area of competencies is End 2 End Electronic
Design and Manufacturing including standard simulation.

The second area of competencies is standard component
management and data management.

The geographical scope is worldwide and position is based in
Shanghai.

Travel can be 25% of the time.

The Product Manager is responsible to create the vision and to
federate both our internal technical platform team and key business partners.
He/She develops the roadmap and positioning strategies, translating business
needs into strategy, documenting the requirements and prioritizing product
backlog. He/She works closely with the business analyst, platforms and support
teams to ensure that efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction goals are met. The
Product Manager responsibilities also include ensuring that the roadmap
supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

The Product Manager
is expected to:

Define the strategy and roadmap taking into
account market trends and business needs understanding the voice of Business
stakeholders.

2. Ensure the delivery of stakeholders
needs with prioritized features achieving the business outcomes

3. Work with vendors to establish and maintain relationships
and integrate their product vision into the roadmap.

4. Key decision maker for accepting or rejecting needs, when
to deliver , accelerate or pause the effort of development.

5. Develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders
in the Schneider world. Act as a leader within the company being the link
between Schneider Digital and our business stakeholders.

6. Represent his/her domain of competencies but is also remain
aligned with his/her peers to provide a consistent and coherent global Digital
Engineering view.

1.Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing relationships with stakeholders or customers.
2. Recognized in the Schneider environment in the electronic/mechatronic area, processes, methods and tools
3. Strong Leadership capabilities.
4. Technical and architecture design, able to understand the ecosystem of R&D.
5. Ability to translate value creation into a financial business case.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
7. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
8. Experienced in Agile processes and methodologies.
9. Fluent in English.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication and strong presentation skills.
