• Develop a clear digital marketing strategy with actionable execution plan and measurement criteria to drive demand for business, including but not limited to social media, search engine strategy;
• Work closely with marketing segment stakeholders to define and design marketing campaigns. Leverage omni channels to implement, set reasonable objective and KPIs;
• Explore new digital channels/platforms to maximize marketing impact;
• Stay current on digital trends & research, new technologies, competitor information to keep a most-updated knowledge to support business;
• Oversee all digital channels & content to make sure we deliver compelling customer experience to target audience;
• Follow the new commercial process to expand suspects, generate leads and nurture MQLs, providing valuable information to sales end;
• Responsible for all KPIs: web, SEM, social media, EDM, etc.
• Leverage insights-driven analytics to maximize ROI

Vendor management: collaborate with agencies to empower our digital capabilities from content to function.

·         Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline. Majored in Public Relations, marketing is preferred

·         6+ years digital marketing experience in B2B/multi-national company/PR agency/marketing agency

·         Strategic thinker, have solid experience in creative marketing and social marketing.

·         SCRM related experience is a plus

·         Experience utilizing CRM – Salesforce preferred

·         A demonstration of digital marketing skill with proven track record is necessary

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-driven environment

Fluent oral and written communication skills in Chinese & English
