• Work closely with sales team to process orders in SAP system.
• Timely place purchase order to vendor, track down supply/shipment and invoice. Improve on-time delivery by effectively coordinating with end customer and plant
• Participating in the effort in order data management to contribute to a transparent supply chain information network
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Managing incoming calls and identifying customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Any other duties assigned by the team.

岗位要求：

  ·         Bachelor degree, work experience in customer service, or logistics related function is preferred. 

 ·         Scholarships at university and good Microsoft office skill is welcome. 

 ·         Basic knowledge in order and delivery process. 

 ·         Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.   

 Additional Requirements ：

 ·         Positive working attitude, proactive, highly self-motivated, and Independent. 

 ·         Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, strong customer service orientation.
