基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

In this role, you will be the Asia regional indirect P2P leader, lead the transformational work to move all the complex P2P systems in 9 different countries into one standard Coupa process. You will also be part of the Asia regions Indirect Sourcing team responsible for leading the Asia team with initial discovery then deployment of the Purchase to Pay (P2P) strategy.

The P2P strategy, and corresponding roadmap, lays out the key priorities relating to our Purchase to Pay processes as a company. You will represent your regions Indirect Sourcing group relating to P2P transformation activities, connecting globally to ensure consistent development and deployment of tools, standard processes and sourcing capabilities.

We see this role as playing a mission critical role in deeply understanding our current state in relation to Indirect P2P and then helping to lay the foundations of our future state through deployment of the P2P Strategy.

Required skills/ qualification:

• Minimum of 8-10yrs experience in Sourcing

• Project Management Experience

• Highly developed problem-solving skills

• Leadership skills are critical

• Fluent in both Chinese and English is a must

• Ability to work independently in Asia across 9 different countries/ markets (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, India, UAE). Each country has unique structure and process. In addition to the fact that they speak different languages, many legacy systems that the person need to deep dive into and to transform.

• Strong influencing skill across boundaries and often remotely to drive complex changes

• Comfortable operating in an environment with high ambiguity

• Ability to work independently with global team for Coupa and P2P

• Skills to influence hierarchy of stakeholders.

Preferred skills/ requirement:

• Experience across a broad cross section of corporate indirect spend categories will be a strong advantage.

• Technical knowledge with MS Office, SAP, Sourcing Suite experience (Ariba, Coupa, etc.) is a bonus
