POSITION SUMMARY 职位概述

  

 

  

Purpose

  This position is with one year as temporary. It is mainly responsible for operation logistic/custom clearance, and responsible for purchasing for assigned commodities, and supporting sourcing teams in executing related strategies that can create hard savings or process improvement in this area of responsibility.   

This position is based in Guangzhou, he/she reports out monthly performance to China Procurement Operations Manager.

  

 

  

 

  

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责

  

 

  

 

  

• Follow and implement company purchase procedures/policies/guidelines/best practices.

• Determine the requirement and support all licenses, registration required by central government and local government related to importation/exportation.

• Importation /exportation logistics for operation need.

• Coordinate with plant operation related to the goods receiving and inspection

• Work with local Customs, CIQ to solve issues relating to Importation/exportation effectively.

• Follow policy& regulation released by Customs, CIQ to ensure AP has good record in system.

• Manage Customs agency in daily import/export operation, avoiding any non-conformance.

• Smooth logistic process to meet requirements of plant operation, especial for plant emergency.

• Develop bid lists, inquiry packages, negotiation strategies, etc. for procurement assignments.

• Record and report vendor performance. Follow the improvement plan/actual.

• Negotiate with suppliers on the commercial terms.

• Prepare PO's or purchase contracts with all agreed terms and complete technical specifications.

• Expedite PO execution and shipment/delivery.

• Maintain the purchasing/logistics database and documentation in accordance with predetermined practices.

   

  JOB REQUIREMENTS 任职要求

   

                                  

• At least 5 years of logistics or commercial work experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering/technical

• Cross region supporting or cross culture working experience (within foreign company) preferred.

• SAP experience preferred

• Good skill at organizing, analyzing, and coordinating

• Good communication, teamwork and presentation skill
