Job Description：

  

• Apply the cash receipt from customers, research misapplied cash receipts or unidentified cash receipts; match the cash receipt with customer invoice and open AR; perform AR clearing in system timely;

• Follow up unapplied cash receipt with customers and collectors closely; handle over/under payment with sufficient supporting documents;

• Investigate reason for blocked sales orders; co-ordinate with external service provider and other internal stakeholders to solve deviation in a compliant way; 

• Participate in and support A/R month end activities, including invoice issuance and delivery, financial report reconciliation and analysis, etc. ;

• Support master data maintenance for China vision care customers;

• Provide data and report per requirement of internal and external customer with accuracy and on time.

• Support business model transit and IRIS project;

• Other ad hoc work assigned by line manager.

                

Main Requirement：

Bachelor degree with major in accounting or business management；

English – fluent; Mandarin – fluent.  

Over 2 years’ experience in similar position;

Good sense of responsibility and process flow, detail-oriented; Good skills on communication;

Takes a logical and analytical approach to solving problems; generates workable solutions and resolves issues/challenging situations;

Team player, able to   excel at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
