Job Description:
1. Prepare final production for Architecture Design projects.
2. Design and produce images, boards, brochures, and a variety of other graphics for proposals, submittals, projects, presentations and promotional materials.
3. This is not an exhaustive list of duties and responsibilities; other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Art or Design, bachelor degree or above is preferred. Understanding color and graphic design theories. Proficient in conveying design ideas through.
2. Proficient in Adobe Design tools: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, CAD; Experience in preparing PPT and PDF documents, good at free hand drawing;
3. Generally requires 2 to 5 years related experience.
4. Ability to coordinate and negotiate with vendors / publishing houses to schedule and produce high-quality publications on tight schedules.
5. Must be an efficient and well-organized team-player with the ability to multi-task.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Good English reading and writing skills are preferred. Understanding Architecture design process is preferred.

1.配合项目设计组进行城市与建筑设计的后期成果制作。
2.配合项目组制作公司对内对外的各种宣传资料。

职位要求：
1.美术，设计专业；本科及以上学历优先。懂得平面设计及色彩原理，能够独立完成创作，手绘能力强。能以色彩清楚表达设计想法；
2.能够熟练使用Adobe 系列软件：Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator，了解PPT, PDF等电子文档的制作；
3.有2-5年美术设计相关工作经验；
4.有一定的沟通协调能力，能与供应商和出版社联络出版印刷等事宜；
5.效率高，有条理，能够同时参与多个项目；
6.有较强的表达和写作能力，有团队合作精神；
7.英语读写能力良好，熟悉建筑设计流程者优先。
