关键职责：

·           执行和完成售后部门安排的日常维修服务工作（包括维修合同）；

·           支持和配合售后销售工程师的项目技术确认和服务执行；

·           执行和完成公司安排的其它工作，如展会及其它区域项目或产品安装及服务；

·           必要时，用户涉及产品售后服务方面的技术咨询或支持；

岗位要求：

教育背景及专业知识

中专或以上，具有技术背景，尤其在电气专业方面。大学毕业，具有理工科背景的优先考虑。

相关经验

1~2年以上相关工作经验者优先考虑。

语言能力

会英语者优先考虑。

其他要求

1.    能吃苦耐劳，适应各种工作环境；

2.    适应出差或适当加班；

3.    具备较好的整理报告和书写能力；

4.    具有较好的现场组织，协调与沟通能力；

5.    有驾照。

Key Responsibilities：

·           To implement and finish daily service work by After-sales service department (include service contract);

·           Support service-sales engineer to make technical clarification for projects products.

·           To implement and finish other work schedule from company, such as exhibition; other area Hoermann products installation or service;

·           Provide technical consultation on products service from customer if necessary.

Position Qualification Requirement：

Education & Professional Background

Technical School or above, major should related on technical background, especially on electric. Preferred: university graduated with science & engineering.

Relevant Experience

1~2+ years working experience is priority.

Language Skills

Skilled in English is priority

Other Requirement：

1.    Bear hardships and accommodate different working environment;

2.    Willing to travel and certain overtime working;

3.    Have the ability of settle report and writing;

4.    Have the ability of site organization; coordination and communication;

5.    Driving license: necessary.
