职位描述
POSITION: Business HR Manager
DIVISION: GHR
FUNCTION: BHR
REPORTS TO: HR Director
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in a business/communication discipline preferred, but not limited to, such as psychology, business management, health care related majors, ect.
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
Work with Business management team for annual manpower planning
Act as the trusted business partner for respective Business Division in HR issues/initiatives, provide the HR solution/service base on the business needs, including but not limited to attracting and developing HIPOs, counsel out poor performers, assist line managers to monitoring/improving employees' performance & morale, etc. to build up short term and long term talent pipeline.
Conduct regular meeting/mentoring session with key employees/top performers, understand their concerns/issues, provide consultation and helping to resolve HR related issues. Act as the eyes and ears of the organization for business leaders, provide solution in resolving issues if there are any.
Lead the PEx review and quality control for the division, ensure PEx process and play an active role in employees' performance management, including but not limited to helping line mangers setting goal for direct reports, having regular review and timely executing performance improvement plan if there are any performance issues. And facilitate business with the annual merit increase.
Act as the company culture and policy embassador for the Business Division. Organize regular sessions, either in group meeting or through 1:1 discussion, to share with employees on company's culture and policy to enhance the understanding. Provide support and facilitation to business on change management
Work closely with functional HR Teams, like TA, C&B and L&D , in accomplishing sourcing/interviewing/selecting/on-boarding /orienting /developing the right talents for the business.
Conduct the exit interview and analysis to understand the key reasons of turnover. Work with business leaders to implement sound solution for reducing the turnover and retain the good performer.
1. REQUIREMENTS:
Industry experiences:
1. 10+ years experience, with 5 years of HR Management experience with Fortune 500 MNC required.
2. Experience in Healthcare industry and HR support in Commercial organization in matrix organization preferred
Position experiences:
The incumbent must have a minimum of 10 years of related HR experience and 5 years in management. Have the experience in managing HR across multiple organizations or sites, with the experience and perspective in diversified companies with multinational scope. Working knowledge of most (if not all) HR functional areas and office systems. Experience in change management is required. Proficient in Chinese and English, both oral and written.
Language Skills:Skillful bilingual speakers of English and Mandarian
Computer Skills: Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Excel & PPT) and Lotus Notes.
Mobility: N/A
Certificate Required: N/A
Other Special requirement: Mature, with strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and independent
