岗位职责：

1、根据品牌目标和品牌定位，负责商品营运管理工作；

2、主导商品结构规划，统计分析畅销商品销售排名，预测商品销售趋势，确定商品供应需求，下达商品采购任务、货期计划；

3、分析汇报销售数据、负责库存商品的统计和分析，带领团队达成库存目标并配合销售部达成公司销售目标；

4、业绩分析-畅销品、滞销品、每月/每周分析监控库存水平/部门销售占比、并制定对应的店铺商品行动计划；

5、对时尚有敏锐嗅觉，能准确把握流行趋势，分析把握市场和客户需求，并针对市场的变化制定和调整后续商品运营计划；

6、负责货品调配、补货、退货、流动控制、发货时间等相关商品运作管理工作；

7、有效追踪订单，合理配置货品，包括仓库出货及店铺调拨；

8、库存管理-确保库存周转良好，清理不良库存，同时确保新款及时到店；

9、负责本部门运作管理系统建设，定期提升部门员工的管理技能、业务技能和综合素质。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，零售管理、数据分析、商品管理等相关专业，5年以上母婴、儿童品牌服装零售商品企划管理工作经验；

2、熟悉货品销售分析、库存、货品调配、货品退换货等流程，对订单、入库、库存、销售有极强宏观调控能力；

3、善于捕捉产品、市场信息，具丰富的物流知识、商品管控等经验，能有效分析并制定销售预期、毛利以及库存水平；

4、精通EXCEL操作技能，有极强的销售数据分析能力，并能利用分析结果为公司营销提供战略支持；

5、具有较强的计划、执行、分析、沟通协调与预测能力，有大局观，并具备良好的领导力及团队管理能力。

Anzheng Fashion Group is a large and modern business focusing on R&D, production and brand management of garment. With consistent internationalized brand management, the group has been developed into a reputed fashion group with multiple brands and uniform operation.
Five brands, including JZ, IMM, ANZHENG, MOISSAC and FIONACHEN, have been developed by the group with approx. 900 brand stores and shops operated throughout the country.
