职责描述：

1. Develops the product roadmap, and shapes product designs aligning with user data analysis, market trend and agreed business strategy

2. Defines User Stories, the acceptance criteria as well as appropriate priorities; makes decision on increment request

3. Demonstrate backlog clarifying and re-prioritizing when applicable, as well as scheduled reporting

4. Maintains customer satisfaction in agreed degree by collaboration with development and management teams

任职要求：

- MUST: Fluency in Spoken ENGLISH.

This position will attend meeting with foreign teams and convey ideas in English.

- 5 years+ working experience acting as Product Owner or Product Manager, while demonstrating not less than 2 projects record in the integrity

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer, Software Engineering or relevant major

- Extensive experience on prototype design, and driving product features from concept, to design, implementation, release and communication

- Strong understanding of UI requirements and be able to recommend improvements to visual effects

- Stay current on emerging web-driven product and design trend for identifying opportunities of improvement

- Strong understanding of product requirements and proven product management skills

- Ability to think logically, document in format and communicate verbally in both of English and Chinese

- Positive working; effective communicator and coordinator

- Understanding of Scrum practice. CSPO or SAFe certifications is highly desirable

- Experience in IoT, CarCloud or mobile App is preferred
