职位描述
Title: Sr. HRIS Manager
Location: Shanghai
Client introduction: A top MNC in Electronics.
Responsibilities:
? Establish on-going communication to share with process owners. Work with regional business process owners, to maintain and develop processes
? Drives continuously business process innovation and harmonization initiatives across regional XX HR and IT
? Participate in projects as process expert and provide process improvement input & results summaries to the global business process / IT team. At the same time work with global business process team and operations leaders to define mitigation action plans to resolve process gaps
? Review the performance of the business operation after the implementation and ensure that projected benefits are achieved in the region, by defining and implementing process KPI's
? Monitors the performance indicators of the Services Center and sets up specific initiatives to improve them
? Identifies and drives initiatives to improve service delivery and liaises with other Services Centers to share best practices in service delivery
? Optimizes process integration between local for local processes and processes supported by Services Center
? Apply concepts, guidelines, methodology and principles required to achieve world-class performance with regards to a process group at regional level
? Acts as regional single point of contact for the global Quality Assurance and Business Process team, being part of the Global Quality Assurance and Business Process network
? Manage HR Content related project as regional support including,
? Communication review and advise on style and tagging to the content writer
? Collect feedbacks for improvement from XX and from employees
? Publish the approved content for the region
? Align with the Country Content Owner about the compliance of new global content with the local law and potential consultation needs
? Ensure a consistent end user experience
Requirements:
? Ability to create strong relationships with senior management
? Independent at the same time work well with large teams/stakeholders
? Well developed communication skills, written, presentation and verbal
? Strong organization skills and ability to maintain involvement in many projects at any given time is required
? System knowledge preferred SAP, Case management solutions (CRM), HR Portal
? Relevant work experience in a Multinational company / international HR-IT environment
? Blue or black belt' Six Sigma trained an advantage
? HR background beneficial
? Familiar with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management.
? Knowledge of call centre or shared services environment
? An attitude of a flexible team player and proactively focused on results
? Experience in process improvement and measurements, developing and monitoring the delivery of efficient and effective solutions / automation to service center
