Position: Management Consultant (Financial Service Industry)

Level: Senior Consultant

Job Description:



1. Provide consulting service to foreign and local financial industry clients (banking, insurance companies,etc).

2. Perform business process analysis & improvement, user requirement definition.

3. Perform project management tasks including schedule management, issue management, cost management, quality management.

4. Perform coordination and communication with client



Qualifications:



1. Minimum 4 years working experience

2. Bachelor's degree or above

3. Fundamental consulting skills including Logical thinking, Documentation skills, Research and Analysis skills, Presentation skills, Interview skills and communication are required

4. Knowledge or working experience in the industries of Banking, Insurance, Securities, Leasing

5. Fundamental Knowledge of Finance, Accounting and IT

6.Working experience in IT/application area is a plus

7.Excellent Japanese in both writing and speaking, English capability is a good plus

8.Positive attitude / high motives to work as a professional consultant, with client oriented mindset

9.Willing to accept frequent and long-term travel

10.Willing to work under high pressure
