What does the Support Team do?

We provide administrative and technical support to internal and retail IT infrastructures and systems in DW China offices and stores. We’re also involved in setting up and providing high-level IT support to retail stores especially during its opening. With the help of our cloud-based IT infrastructure, we support most locations remotely and works with some of the leading-edge technology like Amazon Web Services, Aliyun, Cisco/Meraki Cloud Networking. We are not only the frontline supporter that solves colleagues’ IT problems but also their contact point to our global IT team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:

? Providing administrative and technical support to employees at DW Asia-Pacific offices/stores on IT equipment/systems

? Providing on-site/remote IT support to DW Asia-Pacific offices/stores

? Administer the support channels for DW Asia-Pacific operations

? Coordinating purchase/delivery of new IT equipment for DW China/Hong Kong

? Being the conduit between business operations, customers and IT teams, identify and escalate issues to proper specialists

? 为DW亚太区域同事/店铺提供技术支持

? 为DW亚太区办公室/店铺提供现场/远程IT支持

? 管理DW亚太业务的支持渠道

? 协调DW China / Hong Kong的新IT设备的采购/交付

? 作为运营，客户和IT团队之间的沟通桥梁，确定问题并将问题递交给相应团队

WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT:

? Master of Languages (Mandarin/English is a must, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean is preferred)

? Academic degree in computer science or related

? Strong team player, troubleshooter with an analytical mindset, service minded

? Comfortable to work in both team and individual

? Availability to travel (25% of time)

? Able to do on-call if needed

? 计算机或相关专业

? 善于团队合作和独立工作

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE FROM YOU:

? Experience with Windows/macOS/Linux

? Knowledge of Cloud-Computing like AWS, Aliyun

? Knowledge of networking. Experience with home-grade routers will also count!

? Knowledge of our systems, Office 365, Meraki, AD, NAV, Jira, Samanage, Filewave, etc

? You’re a computer hardware/mobile enthusiast.

? Thrive to learn new technologies, take challenges and solve problems

? 熟悉Windows/MacOS/Linux

? 了解云计算（AWS、阿里云等）

? 具有一定的网络知识（家用路由的使用经验也算数！）

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
