工作内容
? 项目管理
o Maintain project master list for all projects in Analytics Solutions China
o 维护部门所有项目信息汇总表
o Weekly update project status including hours used, progress
o 每周更新项目状态,包括使用小时数、项目进度等
o Coordinate with project managers in local or global to mitigate the risks of projects
o 与当地或全球的项目经理协作,规避项目风险。
o Report figures, including comments on deviations to forecast to Finance Manager (Kuala Lumpur or Singapore)
o 向财务经理(吉隆坡/新加坡)报告相关财务数据。
o Assist Finance Manager in making forecast for the unit
o 协助财务经理对本部门进行财务分析预测
? 财务相关
o Issue invoices for different services
o 开具服务发票
o Support invoice verification and payment process
o 协助发票审核与付款流程
o Check timesheet and expense
o 检查请款时间和费用明细
? 行政相关
o Arrange section team building, outing and social activities
o 安排部门团建活动
o Support and coordinate logistics for meetings
o 协助会议安排
o Support business travel including air ticket, hotels etc.
o 协助预订机票酒店等出差相关行政事务
o Develop and maintain filing and archiving
o 办公文档管理
? Be HSE coordinator 安全环境协调工作
o Co-ordinate all Health, Safety and Environment issues and tasks at Digital Solutions China
o 协调本部门健康,安全和环境维护相关工作
o Assisting in office HSE tour, local HSE evaluation, Risk Assessment annual review and assisting section managers in following up corrections and improvements.
o 协助办公室安全健康巡查和评估工作
? Assist on other assigned tasks per section business needs

应聘条件
? University degree in a relevant discipline
o 全日制大专及以上学历
? Experience in Administrative position for team size between 30-50 members or more is an advantage
o 服务过约30-50人团队的行政经验
? Experience in internal/external invoicing process, good understanding in basic account principles
o 熟悉财务相关知识和内外部发票流程
? Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
o 英语书面良好,简单口语交流
? Understand how to use Oracle EBS is a plus
o 了解Oracle EBS系统优先考虑
? Proficient in Microsoft office suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Access)
o 熟练使用office办公软件,MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Access等
? Be customer-oriented and have effective communication skills
o 良好的沟通协调能力和服务精神
? Structure and good at time management
o 良好的日程安排和时间管理能力
? Must have the ability to work accurately, with minimal supervision, under deadline situations in a fast-paced environment
o 能够在快速变化的工作环境和时间压力下,准确及时完成工作
