工作内容

Assist D/S planner to carry out annual instrument plan & demand forecast and maintain instrument BOM list in the system.

Organize instrument assembling in warehouse according to BOM and timely update the progress to the related parties

Coordinate with Marketing & Planner to allocate the instrument to the field and supervise the whole process from instrument delivery to customer sign-off and final treatment.

Implement instrument aging management / monitor sets repair & replacement / replenish spare parts / manage sets scraping according to provision plan

Ensure the accuracy between system record and physical goods through daily cycle count and annual stock-take

Consolidate instrument related reporting & document filling.

应聘条件

College graduate or above, fluent English skill in written

1~2 years related experience in medical device industry on instrument management or similar work on spare parts management

Good at office application software and database program
