Job Scope:

Operations

1.Credit Blocks actualize and forecast for coming month

2. Monthly Closing/ Shipment actualize

1) New store code application

Apply new store code for Mono/ MB

2)New customer application/ "Sold to"/ "Ship to"

3. New STC application

4. Customer contract and Retail sales agreement management

5. Sales team sign off process follow up

Posting and shipment tracking

1. Order confirmation on time/ Weekly shipment report

2. Payment on time/ Credit blocks tracking

Sales Product ( Sell-in & Sell-thru Trackings )

1. Top sellers/ Campaign article ST tracking

2. Support on Trade meeting Customer logistics in terms of meeting prints out, order process, cut off date...

3. OTB vs actual order tracking and follow ups

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Good data analysis skills.

Conscientious in responsible job. Respect deadlines.

Willingness to learn new things.

Good communication skills.

Good at team work.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above

Sales planning / operation/ admin related experience are preferred

Good at excel and ppt

Basic English Communication skill

部门与国内经销商客户对接，该职位做销售支持，合同管理，订单发货，物流跟踪等。要求excel熟练，PPT可，仔细， 沟通能力好，不死板，英语读写要求，prefer1-2年经验
