Manager FP&A
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- To support internal customers in optimising their contribution as well as pro-actively providing concepts and process improvements to sustain and develop profitability and value.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning
- Consolidate OPEX Actual, Budget and Forecast for all markets and all channels
- Coordinate Budget and Forecast process for Corporate CAPEX and monitor Actual spending.
- Act as a Financial Consultant in Business Case preparation, analysis and monitoring in order to safeguard profitability of projects.
- GCA OOH analysis, OOH allocation, lead and involve the OOH related initiatives and OPEX deep dive
- Monitor Actuals to Budget and Forecast and pro-actively assist business to achieve their financial targets.
- Maintain and update OOH Master Data (Cost Centre / Profit Centre / Internal Order / Project Code).
- Act as local financial consultant for global functions.
- Provide ad-hoc information to managers in order to help them control and develop their business.
- Closely work with GBS, APAC team and global functions for relative Target shift control
- Study and reflect latest accounting policy (e.g. IFRS 16) into P&L analysis.
System and Processes
- Safeguard company Business case process; Ensure compliance with Business Case preparation and submission to relevant authorization levels.
- Develop useful analysis and reporting tools.
- Review, develop and ensure compliance with existing systems and processes.
- Proactively identifies issues and potential improvement and recommends solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 4-5 years of accounting / FP&A experience.
- Experience with global consumer goods brands a plus.
- Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- SAP experience a plus.
- Customer Service oriented with a can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational skills.
- High degree of responsibility and personal integrity.
- Self-starter and Finisher.
- Experience in business process setup and reengineering will be a plus.
Requisite Education:
- University degree or above
- Member of an internationally recognized professional accounting body preferred.
