Major Duties：

Manage the trade expense budget

• Collect monthly activity plan from KAM and check with the plan
• Input the budget application into the system
• Release the budget and confirm the final spending 

Data management

•  Finish the monthly sales report
• Maintain the POS data of some KA accounts
• Check the actual sales after promotion, confirm the actual spending

Field execution tracking

• Random check the store execution in the system

• Field store visiting
• Collect the field store visiting report from KAM and consolidate into a report

Administration

• Coordinate the meeting

• Coordinate with internal functions
• Help NKAM and KAM on the paper work

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities: 

• Good teamwork capability with high integrity

• Good interpersonal skills and able to work with internal functions
• Good organizing skills, strong data analysis capability
• Excellent Excel, Powerpoint skills
• Good English capabilities on oral and writing                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:  Be specific with regard to years of experience, special training, applicable degree (or critical college level courses), as well as equivalency to education and experience. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree;

• Experience: l   At least 2 years working experience,  (FMCG industry w/ food experience a major plus)

• Work knowledge in English is preferred
