职责描述：

    

- Achieve Online/Offline sales result equal-to or above expectations. To take all necessary steps to build the brand leading position by improvement of brand sales ranking by door by region, win-in-top campaign to identify applicable business model to win in competitive retailing environment

- To work sales budget based on organization, business needs and internal availability, and wisely use it to achieve business targets including but not limited in brand sales, product performance, consumer acquisition, Sales team retention, brand image improvement.

- Formulation and detail preparation of standard EC/New Retail/MBS/MT sales operation, working closely with KA team & region team.

- To understand China competitive environment and take necessary actions to counter fight with competition.

- Promote and maintain a healthy, safe, legal, and ethical working environment in organization.

- To provide timely and sufficient business analysis and reports for top management review.

    

任职要求：

- BA Degree and above

- At least 5 years working experience in Sale/TMK area in both EC/MBS, IMF/Supplement industry experience is preferred.

- Efficient communication/negotiation skill with internal cross-function team, and external business partner, especially wholesaler & KAs.

- Managerial experience is a plus for long term business growth.
