职位描述
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
Essential duties besides recognizing potentials in business process improvements include the derivation of measures.
Additional responsibilities include: acting as liaison with department managers for analyzing optimization requirements and realization opportunities.
Ability for creation of business case scenarios is required.
Analyzes and maps manager requirements, processes and objectives.
Assists in internal coordination of the organization, consultants and the centralized service team.
Creates and monitors process standards.
The position provides opportunities for extensive travel.
Requirements
The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of full 5 years of (SAP) business process consultancy or similar.
Must have the ability to assume responsibility for different phases of a reengineering project including assessment, analysis, requirements gathering, realization/configuration, go-live and post-production support under multiple deadlines.
Must be strong on people interaction.
Must have excellent communication skills and strong business experience.
Must be willing and able to travel nationally on a regular basis and internationally occasionally. Must maintain current travel documents.
Ability to work in a team environment essential.
Knowledge in project management methods.
Know how in at least one major SAP module Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, CRM, Microsoft products, Project management software.
Strong communication skills. Strong English language skills.
