Summary:  Briefly state the primary purpose of the job.

1.      Manage daily operation in Credit Control & AR team 2.      Establish and optimize Credit Control related process and procedures 3.      People management, ensure that the team meets the Group’s financial objectives, in   accordance with the Company’s Policies, Procedures, Culture and Systems

Major Duties/Responsibilities:  

1. Manage daily operation in Credit Control & AR team  

 ·  Oversee the day to day running of the team 

 ·  Work closely with business operation to ensure prompt collection of cash and minimise exposure to bad debts 

 ·  Setting and monitoring of KPIs, cash collection targets and review of all delinquent debts     

2. Establish and optimize Credit Control related process and procedures         

 ·  Implement group credit control policy and risk assessment

 ·  Establish credit control related process and procedure in Hershey China

 ·  Periodically review customer credit risk and optimize the process and procedure of credit control and Accounts Receivable 

 ·  Explore AR collection instrument and opportunity for reducing DSO
 ·  Ensure standard AR reports and necessary analysis   

 3. People management  

 ·  Manage, motivate and develop subordinates

 ·  provide timely feedback on subordinates' performance  

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities: 

• Bachelor's/College Degree of Finance/Accounting or equivalent, with 5-7 years relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in credit control & AR management
• Strong financial knowledge and analytical skills.
• Substantial experience with an ERP, SAP experience a plus.
• A good team-leader with excellent communications skills to motivate the team and report effectively to management. These skills will also be necessary to build positive relations with our customers
• Excellent Excel and presentation skills
• Can work under pressure
