Responsibilities:

Staffing

· Proactively participate in headcount planning, support business leaders with headcount deployment

· Work with line manager to define JD, facilitate hiring approval process, and drive interview and offer process

Organization & Talent Development

· Provide consultation to business leaders on talent and organization development

· Assist business leaders on organization structure adjustment, people promotion/ transfer, salary adjustment, etc.

Performance Management

· P4G/D4G process: leading the performance review process implementation in BU, provide necessary training or consultation when necessary, audit the quality and give feedback to BU leaders

C&B

· With the guidance of COE C&B, complete total compensation process for responsible BU

· Support business leaders and managers to make C&B decisions within guidance

Learning & Development

· Provide guidance to BU in training planning and nomination

· Systematically collect training needs, also ensure the training implementation

Employee Relation

· Connect with employees and business managers closely and understand their needs and concerns.

· Responsible for employee relationship relevant issues, incl. labor law consultation, conduct culture development and employee communication related activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration and English is preferred
• Good communication skill, team management skills, planning skill, well presentation skill, fluent in English

· Eight-plus years of HR generalist experience in a large corporate environment

· Proven experience in developing strong relationships and in successfully interfacing and negotiating with all organizational levels.

• Familiar with HR related Laws and policies
• Strong Problem-solving skills and team-work spirit

· Ability to make rational decisions in difficult situations with little input from others
