皮衣生产经理/主管

岗位职责：
1、负责皮草类产品生产制造现场的全面管理，建立快速反应的生产制造体系；
2、负责各项生产现场管理制度的制订、实施与评估；

3、严格执行生产计划，保证制造交期；
4、严格控制生产过程中的质量管控，与品控部进行持续沟通，保证产品合格率；
5、负责生产人员的培训工作，提高作业人员水平；
6、处理生产制造过程中的异常问题；
7、完成上级领导交办的其它工作事项；
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，服装类相关专业；
2、3年以上品牌服装生产管理工作经验，具有一线女装皮草类同岗位工作经验者优先；
3、熟悉现代服装企业生产管理及制造体系；了解供应链及质量管理体系；熟悉小批量、多款式运作模式，熟悉高端品牌女装（皮衣）生产要素；
4、具有目标管理能力、团队建设能力、组织协调能力，执行力强、质量管理意识强。
