工作职责:

1. Support Procurement management team in governance, business connectivity, communication of the added value of the function
2. Ensure that Group Procurement Processes & Systems are well implemented in a compliant way for each department including Procurement, Import & Export and Logistics
3. Ensure that all KPIs and relevant data are tracked, and all the reports prepared and done in a correct and timely manner
4. Make the diagnostics of current status, propose the opportunity for improvement, then drive relevant projects to achieve the target results
5. Streamline entire Procurement system, process and policies, and organizational structure, to cover all the current and new Sites, as to meet the fast growing business needs
6. Provide analysis insight in Procurement activities through performance in order to identify and address improvement potentials in all ways
7. Be driver for innovative solutions, especially the digital way, to better support supply chain teams to achieve best performance, responsible for the improving projects to achieve the target results
8. Lead the compliance and ethics duty of Procurement in terms of awareness, policies, trainings, self-audits, ethical charter and participation in internal and external expert groups
9. Establish strict Supplier Qualification process, to ensure well maintained healthy Supplier Base
10. Identify and consolidate all the current best practices in Procurement implemented in China

任职资格:

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Supply Chain or Business Management, MBA or equivalent would be a plus
• 15 years’ experience above in Supply Chain Management, preferable with Consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of the best in class Procurement techniques and processes
• Sound experience in Procurement Processes & Systems and in Management
• Ability to develop best practice procedures as well as tool enhancements including change management expertise
• Strong project management experience to drive the timely progress
• Strategic thinking combined with operational execution follow up and management
• Ability to influence all levels of management and other functional areas
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, teaching, networking and managing performance abilities
• Good communication, team work, organizational skills and ability to work with multiple deadlines
• Strong internal customer & business focus, result orientation and change management experience
• Good presenting skills and system knowledge including e-technologies for Procurement.
