Job positon:Buyer/Senior Buyer
ACTIVITIES ?
1 Be in charge of the purchasing of Standard production supplies and Industrial subcontracting for the plant.
2 Prepare the purchasing plan in accordance with the company's budget and actual demand.?
3 Receive and evaluate purchase requisition raised by other departments or sections and perform purchase of materials or services following the purchasing plan authorized by the related department manager or the General Manager according to the company procedures.
4 Search information and set up a database for suppliers have ever dealed with.
5 Arrange tender to establish long term agreement with suppliers for regular purchasing.
6 Assist the concerned sections or departments to evaluate the relative suppliers.
7 Deal with the problems related to purchased material or service.
8 Keep record of the consumption of purchased material and filing of related purchase documents.
9 Work as the backup of purchasing manager in case he's absent.
10 Other assignments instructed by Purchasing
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
?
1 University diploma holder,?
2 Mechanical background preferred,
3 At least 5 years working experience at same osition,
4 Good knowledge in materials purchasing,
5 Good command in written and spoken English
