职位描述
1. Brief Description
This position is responsible of development of international freight service in order to achieve both top line and bottom line finance result.
2. Key Result Areas
a. New business secured to meet volume and revenue/contribution margin targets
b. Growth of current book of business
c. Market share in Logistics industry
3. Key Accountabilities/Duties
a. To be fully responsible for top line and bottom line finance budget for International Freight Service
b. To grow international freight service through securing new business, growing current book of business
c. To be responsible for vendor logistics, network sale
d. To aggressively promote OceanGaranteed LCL Service as well as APLG in the local market
e. To do the team sell together with APL sales whenever possible
f. To closely work with local carrier negotiation lead in order to build up close rapport with the steamship lines in the local level not just for the purpose of enhancement of our local pricing procurement power but space and equipment protection whenever necessary
g. To be capable to do solution sale rather than transactional sale to prove APLL value in front of customers
h. To achieve better working efficiency and practise to better manage the workload and requirement in order to stay focus
4. Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain ( preferred ) or International Shipping at least
Experiences: 5 years experience in FF industry
Skill Sets: Strong interactive communication skills, extensive supply chain product knowledge,
