职位描述
The position is designed to increase Contract Logistics Service (CLS) business for China region. Development of new business opportunities from new and existing customers of APLL in target vertical
Accountabilities:
- Complete the annual revenue objective. Proactively identify, develop, win and selectively implement new business opportunities from target vertical (new & existing ones) that have presence in China
- Lead opportunities and own customer relationship for companies with China headquarter based in China
- Design relevant and innovative (where possible) solutions to customers with clear value proposition
- Conduct sales presentations
- Stay in touch with potential suppliers that might make our offer more competitive
- Enhance positive image of APLL services with prospective customer in China
- Be a focal point and lead internal teams during bidding/RFP process ensuring that sufficient information is timely distributed
- Constructively challenge internal departments for best solution and cost to ensure profitable growth is achieved
- Be familiar with counterparts in Consolidation and Line, proactively build collaborative mindset
- Conduct critical tool like opportunity filter, SMT to ensure the new business success
- Conduct & conclude contract and LOI negotiation with support of legal
- Upon successful contract completion prepare complete handover documents to appointed project manager

Requirements:

At least 4 years outside sales experience on Sales and Marketing in contract logistics; Knowledge and relationshipwith one of more key verticals: retails/FMCG, apparel, (nice to have experience in electronic/hi-tec, or Automotive industries)
