This position is to assist the Logistics General Manager to define and optimize the warehouse operation process; drive warehouse service excellence and integrate warehouse resources to meet budget and KPIs.

1.Key Accountabilities/Duties

1) 2PL warehouse selection, performance review and management;

2) Warehouse SOP setup, implementation and enhancement;

3) Price negotiation, customer service and cost consciousness;

4) Monitor daily warehouse operations activities and prepare KPI report & issue log;

5) Co-ordinate the day to day operations among warehouse, trucking company, container deport, the terminal as well as downtown office;

6) Manage the Shanghai label printing centre serving all NPRC origins;

7) Warehouse related project owner;

8) Manage/develop/train the team; Lead warehouse team to deliver excellent value added services to customers;

9) Provide advisory comment and help on process setup to all NPRC origins' CFS warehouses;

10) C-TPAT expert and disseminator; Internal warehouse security auditor for all NPRC origins;

11) Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

2.Requirement

1) University graduate, BA degree;

2) At least 5 years of warehouse experience in which 3 years of managerial role;

3) Familiar with export & import process (operations, documentation, system);

4) Familiar with domestic distributions is a plus;

5) Basic Finance related knowledge;

6) Customs policy and process awareness;

7) Presentation and negotiation skills;

8) Good command of English;

10) Good command of PC softwares
