1. Brief Description

This position is created to oversee APLL's key account management program in North China, to drive business growth for existing key accounts and to engage in potential customers in the international logistics services. This position will lead and grow the key account management team based in Shanghai as well.


2. Key Accountabilities

1) Develop & execute key account management program in the region
2) Continue to grow business with existing key accounts
3) Engage in global and regional sales efforts to pursue new international logistics business
4) Build and maintain strong business relationship with existing & prospect accounts
5) Manage and develop Key Account team based in Shanghai


3. Requirements

1) University Degree holder or equivalent qualification
2) Min 5 years' working experience in the international logistics with track record in international sales & account management. Candidate with exposure in the retail industry will be an advantage.
3) 2- 3 years' experience in leading medium size commercial team
4) Strong in presentation and communication skills
5) Good analytical & problem-solving skills
6) Good business acumen
7) Passion for service excellence
