工作地点：北京亦庄经济技术开发区

主要职责：
1. 协助部门经理协调和安排服务工程师的工作计划。
2. 售后服务部门文件的管理。
3. 处理日常用户的售后服务报修及服务安排。
4. 处理用户产品与服务方面的有关咨询。
5. 售后服务报价与售后服务合同的执行及跟踪。
6. 支持和配合服务工程师制订用户培训计划。
7. 处理和协调项目产品售后服务保养的工作计划与执行。


资格要求：
1. 本科以上学历，理科背景优先。
2. 英语听说读写熟练。
3. 计算机熟练。

Position: Service Support (Beijing)

Location: Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA)

Job Description:
1. Assist department manager with coordinating and arranging the work plan of the service engineers.
2. Manage the documents of the after sales department.
3. Deal with the daily after-sales services.
4. Give customers advice about Hoermann`s products and services and recommend the suitable ones.
5. Assist in the planning and implementation of maintenance projects.
6. Assist in preparing the customer training plan.
7. Prepare the quotation, conclude the service contract and follow up the implementation.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree, major with science background is preferred.
2. Fluent in written and spoken English.
3. Good computer skills.
