职位描述
1. 机械类或相关专业，硕士（博士）三年以上或本科五年以上的工作经验，有大型机柜设计经验尤其是风电变流器结构设计工作经验优先；
2. 熟悉系统的Thermal设计及Thermal器件的选型；
3. 熟练使用Solidworks（或PRO/E）, Autocad软件及常用的办公软件；
4. 熟悉钣金加工工艺，对五金/塑胶模具有一定的了解；
5. 熟练掌握产品结构设计；熟悉常用五金,塑胶,线材, 包材，pcb等；
6．懂得常见ME测试原理及标准(如振动测试，冲击测试，跌落测试，防水防尘测试等)；
7．有良好的团队精神和沟通能力，工作认真，责任心强，个性良好。
职位描述：
1、 依据研发计划及项目要求，配合电子工程师共同商讨总体结构解决方案；
2、 负责新产品的结构设计（包括结构件的详细化及外观的设计）；
3、 负责机构新材料的评估，测试及新供货商的寻找与引进；
4、 负责工程数据的整理与管理（包括BOM、2D Drawing的发放）；
5、 负责模具开发设计（包括整体图面设计、表面、表面处理）及新模具样品确认；
6、 负责新产品结构件的请购需求的提出及样品的确认
