工作职责：
-使用电话和前期问卷调查的形式理解目标客户的需求
-通过电话介绍BV，并且向客户描述BV认证体系的产品
-解答客户的问题
-记录客户的需求并且做日报告或周报告
-组织研讨会活动


职位要求：
-大专学历及以上
-良好的电话沟通技巧
-标准的普通话及甜美的嗓音
-喜欢从事与人沟通的工作，工作态度积极，耐心，坚持
-善于处理客户的拒绝，抱怨甚至粗鲁的态度
-OFFICE软件熟练，中文打字速度不小于40字/分钟

Responsibilities:
-Using telephone and pre-set questionnaire to understand object client's needs;
-To describe Bureau Veritas and products of System Certification Services on phone;
-To answer client's questions;
-Record client's needs and report on daily and weekly basis.
-Set up databases for sales team to follow up potential or valuable client
-Organize the seminar

Requirements:
-Diploma or above;
-Good communication skill, especially on phone;
-Standard mandarin and pleasant voice;
-Love communicating with people, positive, patient and not easily giving up;
-Good at handling clients' refusal, complaint and even rude attitude;
-Proficient in office software

Ltd. is a part as an operation platform of Bureau Veritas Industry and Facilities Division which is a business line of Bureau Veritas Group, the leading international group providing certification, conformity assessment, training and consulting services in the fields of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Social Accountability (QHSE&SA).
