职位描述

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:

  • Contact with the FTC and dealer to make the contract correctly
  • Co-ordinate with Sales, Sales leaders to ensure timely payment and duty-free from FTC and Distributors;
  • Coordinate with Sale Administrators and CSR team to ensure booking & shipment on schedule.
  • Assist to sales forecast and performance analysis of sales team.
  • Assist to provide decision making support to operation team by developing in-depth analysis tool in dealer performance evaluation
  • Adheres to policies and procedures to ensure the compliance of quality system
  • Follow up the AR
  • Make shipment related CFF and follow the issue until the case closed

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS:

  • External contacts for this position include vendors and dealers.
  • Internal contacts include sales & marketing and all functional teams.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND GIVEN:

The incumbent of this position is responsible for his/her own work. Only new work is reviewed before issue, all other work is handled independently, reporting status to managers/supervisor. Some work requires analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment, but most assignments are specific and well defined.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND COMPETENCY:

This position requires at least four years sales administration and customer service position with Administration, Customer Service or relevant education background.

This position also requires:

· Effective communication - Maintains frequent contact with internal and external contacts to ensure positive outcomes.

· Builds solid working relationships that enhance collaboration and cooperation with others

· Good Chinese and English language skills

· Prioritizes own work to complete assignments on a timely basis

· Focused urgency & key tasks - Identifies and focuses on high priority assignment

· Analysis and Judgment - Resolves routine issues; identifies non-routine issues and may take actions to resolve

· Continuous Process Management - Streamlines processes and eliminates roadblocks

· Seeks feedback and advice from others to improve skills and address weaknesses

· Uses understanding of the customer’s needs to identify and suggest ideas or enhancements

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

This position may require business traveling in a fewness situation.
