职位描述

  • Manage all the F&B activities
  • Overall management of Food services including, cafeteria, catering, vending and kitchen equipment
  • Janitorial and cleaning services and recycling in canteen
  • Grounds and appearance management
  • Client work order management
  • Canteen environment management
  • Implements management processes in playbook and ensures that process are practiced on a day/day basis.
  • Key client contact, managing client communication through daily interactions with all levels of site business units (from management to support staff) and through communication tools (Intranet, notice boards/monitors, facility handbooks etc.)
  • Follow the contracts with food vendor including contractor selection in consistent with CBRE best practices.
  • Develops and manages budgets for areas of responsibilities.
  • Develops and implements sustainability plans in food vendor services area e.g. recycling.
  • Implements continuous improvement ideas to enhance service offering and cost effectiveness.
  • Manages operations and project staff which could include: cafeteria workers, janitor etc.
  • Stewards active and inactive records onsite and offsite storage locations.
  • Complies with the Corporation's Records Management Guidelines.
  • Implements records management program, including a records retention schedule, the protection of vital records, destruction process and disaster recovery.
  • Maintains electronic index and inventory of records stewarded.
  • Performs client training (compliance, local records handling processes etc.)
  • Stewards local contracts and resolves service issues.
  • Prepares activity reports.
  • Creating, maintaining, and reviewing record/storage procedures (both physical and electronic) at a site.
  • Identifying commonalities in business units' retention needs and create efficiencies when possible.
  • Required Knowledge and Skills:

    • Computer literate and a fast learner with excellent communication skills.
    • Able to work independently and with supervision.
    • Able to interact with, supervise, and manage sub-contractors.
    • Strong follow-up, confident and a team-player. Supervision and personnel administration.
    • Decision making and business judgment.
    • Communication skills.
    • Adaptability to changing priorities and time constraints.
    • Safety, Security and Controls awareness.
    • Budget planning and stewardship.
    • Contract administration.
    • Bachelor degree in business, facility management.
    • Working knowledge of real estate and or facility management disciplines.
    • Knowledge of facility related regulatory requirements and Nvidia expectations.
    • Diploma / Degree in related field.
    • Fluent English in speaking, writing and reading
