工作职责:

负责NGS组实验操作和实验记录，对实验结果的质量进行评估，确保实验准确，符合相关法律法规要求。参与NGS组作业指导书的编写，管理和维护实验室仪器、试剂和耗材。对新人进行相关培训，并完成上级安排的其他工作。

1. 完成二代测序相关分子生物学实验操作，包括样本前处理、DNA抽提、文库构建、及测序等工作；

Complete Next-generation sequencing related molecular biology experiments, including sample preparation, DNA extraction, library construction, and sequencing;

2. 进行实验数据初步分析和实验结果评估，汇报实验结果；

Conduct preliminary analysis of experimental data and evaluation of experimental results, and report the experimental results;

3. 按时规范进行实验记录、数据整理；

Carry out experimental records and data sorting according to time specifications;

4. 参与作业指导书的编写；

Participate in the preparation of work instructions;

5. 配合实验室管理工作的开展：负责相关试剂、仪器设备的管理和维护，做好实验室日常工作环境的维护；

Cooperate with the development of laboratory management: responsible for the management and maintenance of related reagents, instruments and equipment, and the maintenance of the daily working environment of the laboratory;

6. 完成实验室日常实验室质量保证及安全保证工作，确保实验准确，符合相关法律法规要求；

Complete the laboratory

s daily laboratory quality assurance and safety assurance work to ensure accurate experiments and comply with relevant laws and regulations;

7. 完成上级领导安排的工作，并配合研发部门等其他部门完成相关工作。

Complete the work arranged by the superiors, and cooperate with other departments such as the R&D department to complete related work.

岗位任职资格 Qualifications

本科以上学历，分子生物学、检验学、医学或相关专业教育背景。

Bachelor degree or above, background in Molecular biology, clinical examination, medicine or related professional education.

1. 具有良好的沟通能力，工作态度认真负责，熟练掌握二代测序；

Have good communication skills, work attitude and responsibility, proficient in Next Generation Sequencing;

2. 能够按照SOP进行样本核酸提取和处理、文库构建、上机、QC等；

Ability to perform sample nucleic acid extraction and processing, library construction, sequencing, QC, etc. according to SOP;

3. 具有基因检测实验室工作经验者优先。

Experience in genetic testing laboratory is preferred.

任职资格:

1. 有检验技师/技士资格证及PCR上岗证者优先；

It is preferred to have an inspection technician/technical qualification certificate and a PCR application certificate;

2. 具有CAP或CNAS 15189认证实验室工作经验者优先。

3. 必须有1 年以上NGS建库经验
