● We are currently seeking a AR Accountant who will report to the Finance Manager Gucci Brand, Great China as part of our dynamic team in China.

Your opportunity
The main role of this position will be a daily AR operator support for Gucci Brand.

How you will contribute

• Reconcile sales data with e-future & retail system and post
• Daily collection of tenancy stores, including credit care/alipay/wechat, ensure all receipt clearing on time
• Responsible for rental and property management fee application 
• Verify sales with landlord statement, issue VAT invoice to landlord
• Double check surcharge in landlord statement and collect invoice  
• Accrual sales, credit card charge, variable rental and all kind expenses of retail stores
• Maintain vendor information, keep communication with retail stores and landlord if any issue
• Prepare Account Receivable aging, fixed rental, variable rental monthly report by stores
• Support monthly bank reconciliation & IFRS 16 database collection
• Cooperate with annual audit on Account Receivable
• Follow the group insurance policy and contact with insurance broker if any case to be compensated

Who you are

         Experience, business and technical skills

• Strong communication skills, coordination ability and basic English Skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented and high teamwork spirit
• Good computer skills, especially in MS Office

Soft skills:

• College’s degree or above with the major in Finance/Accounting 
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in finance/Accounting, best of retail industry
