薪资：税前8000-15000，一年13薪+车补308/月+饭补550/月+五险一金+补充商业保险

上班地点：上海市虹口区东大名路501号白玉兰广场

上下班时间： 9:00-18:00

工作内容

Keep close tracking on business KPI on a regular basis.

Manage all retail data from multi-systems such as Sales dashboard, DMS. Vips. Provide data timely and accurate by understanding requirements from internal and external colleague.

Support CS Sales Management team to perform analysis at variable dimensions in order to find out business opportunities, offer recommended actions and drive for solutions

Driven by data mining processes, offer a centralized data base and delivers business intelligence by combining historical reporting as well as advanced analytics to explain/evaluate past events for eventually optimize decision-making.

Provide and verify calculation result of VDM/VME spending by understanding related business policies.

Experience working in an international company

Excel proficiency is needed – Macro or other BI skills preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a team – embraces common goals, supports peers and readily shares new approaches.

Ability to act with cultural sensitivity and to achieve results dealing with people from a variety of different cultures.

High level of organisation skills and ability to work independently.

English: fluent both reading and writing
