Responsibilities and duties:

• Assist EC Planning Manager in annual sales target setting and building sales strategic initiatives by platform and by category to achieve sales target in close partnership with finance, buying, EC & operation team.

• Initiate the inventory leverage between platforms and implement online & offline inventory optimization based on the ST% performance.

• Consolidate and track sales plan by store type in cooperation with EC, TP & operation team to reflect the latest plan into overall EC budget plan and rolling forecast.

• Understand company’s on-going direction and conduct quarterly OTB by product line with inventory simulation on weeks of cover, turnover and sell through rate in alignment with buying team.

• Maintain monthly and quarterly rolling forecast in sales, discount, margin and units sold to report the sales progress and open discussion on promotion plan, pricing strategy and any other sales strategy for the year to go. Provide forecast and analysis on key promotions to control the overall sales and discount.

• Coordinate with operation team to update monthly sales target by platform as contact window and track daily sales and MTD achieve rate.

• Provide analysis on sales and inventory of key models to verify the buying accuracy.

• Standardize and constantly improve planning and reporting process by utilizing company’s reporting system including SMS/CCP/NB Passport and TP BI system.

• All planning related documentation and reports’ preparation and follow up

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required, and advanced degree is a plus

• More than 3 years working experience in related field, EC working experience is a plus.

• High efficiency and motivation

• Good data analysis skills.

• Detail oriented and strong sense of responsibility.

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.

• Good MS Office operation skills (Word, Excel etc.)

• Good English in writing and speaking
