Responsibilities:

1. Lead preparation of budget/forecast/actual e-commerce P&L by platform for investment planning and profitability improvement

2. Review and approve e-commerce trade spend and marketing spend from budget control, ROI and compliance perspective

3. Reinforce e-commerce distributor management including contract review, target setting and performance achievement assessment, etc.

4. Key finance stakeholder of new business model design and deployment (e.g. e-Commerce B2B direct model, O2O, etc.)

5. VSE planning and analysis, including variance analysis after monthly closing, budget or forecast building blocks, to contain actual spending to plan and contribute to optimized supply chain roadmap design projects

6. Lead regular activity-based overhead reconciliation and discussion with commercial teams to come up with realistic P&L phasing and secure YOY saving target achievement.

7. Drive mitigation actions against finish goods aging risks with operation team and manage financial impacts properly

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting/financial positions, FP&A experience preferred

2. Consumer or retail industry experience preferred. Big 4 experience preferred.

3. Master China Accounting policy and Tax policy impact to the company.CPA/ACCA preferred

4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and SAP

5. Good learning agility

6. Passionate with high level of commitment

7. Communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional environment

8. Adapted to the constantly changing working conditions;

9. Risk management sense and good business acumen
